SPN Law Chambers is a boutique law practice structured to provide direct partner involvement, clarity of advice, and effective representation. The firm combines litigation depth with corporate and regulatory experience, enabling it to assist clients across disputes, transactions, compliance, and advisory mandates.
The practice is intentionally kept lean to ensure consistency in legal strategy, responsiveness to clients, and hands-on handling of matters.

Sai Prashanth is an Advocate practising primarily before the Madras High Court and various tribunals including the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, CESTAT, and the MSME Facilitation Council.
He graduated in law from ILS Law College, Pune (2014) and is also a qualified Company Secretary. He began his career as a tax and commercial litigator with a full-service law firm and was elevated to Associate Partner in October 2022. In December 2023, he transitioned into independent practice and co-founded SPN Law Chambers.
Nivedha Mohan is an Advocate practising extensively before the Madras High Court, tribunals, and statutory authorities. Her practice includes civil and commercial litigation, real estate disputes and conveyancing, corporate and insolvency matters, alternative dispute resolution, banking and financial laws, consumer disputes, indirect taxation, and criminal law (excluding body offences).
